Hey, so…it’s me.  Here I am.  Sitting on my throne, AND wearing my dog park shoes.  (Forgot to change.  It's the little things I tend to neglect.)  I do like to look GOOD when I rule, which borders somewhere between complete tyranny or total anarchy. So…Kristen for Queen!!    Fun!!   (I tried for the popular vote via write-in this year, but look where it got me...) Well, folks, I do believe I have moved on from the sadness, and (after a generous amount of reassurance from the ones I hold most dear) all that I'm left with is a little intensely targeted anger and frustration.  I have worked things out with my God, and He has told that vengeance is His.  So, I'm going to do my best to keep my mouth shut and keep my hands to myself, because all of my aggression and self justification never got me anywhere good. Better, Run Run Run Run....

NOT my best week.  I tripped and fell, tried to get back up, got body slammed back down and fell again.  I’m speaking figuratively here, for the record, people.  Except the part where Jesse actually body-slammed my head, but it’s cool…because right before we left for school the morning after, Evan threw up.  So, I got to stay home and recover from ANOTHER concussion while I stayed home with my poor sick Ev.  Later that week...I also got bit by a dog.  I TOLD you it was BAD.  (I’m actually crying here.) But it’s ok.  It’s ok.  Everything is going to be ok. I am paying attention to the voices in my head telling me "You suck…like big time!” and “You should definitely quit everything, because you suck…like REALLY bad.”  And I am practicing what I preach when I tell my clients to be gentle on themselves and have a growth mindset and thought stop those evil sons of (you're the one that filled in the blank, not me...).  And even though it ...
